J. Christopher Walsh

J. Christopher Walsh is the founder and principal of Keating Properties, LLC. He has 30 years of experience managing commercial real estate and founded the firm in 2014 to focus on specialized real estate markets.

KPLLC excels at revitalizing underperforming properties by leveraging industry-leading resources to enhance strategies, optimize lease agreements, and maximize returns on investment. On average, the annual rent and appraised value of long-time properties under their care has more than tripled.

Walsh also worked in healthcare. In 1990 he founded Arlington Associates, Inc. to design and improve health-care programs for insurance carriers, self-insured employers, state funds, governments at all levels, software vendors, and healthcare companies. AAI ceased operations in August 2025.

Walsh holds a Master's degree in Health Management from American University and a Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University.
